Terms of Sale

Who we are

BuyDiscord is an independent shop. Discord Inc. does not own, run, sponsor or endorse it, and the name Discord is used here only to say what is on sale.

Accounts

An account is delivered as its listing title describes it: registration age or year, how it was registered, phone or email verification, registration region, profile extras, and the fields in the line such as token, mailbox password or 2FA key. A mailbox listing sells an email account, not a Discord account.

Server growth

A growth order needs an invite link or a message link and nothing else. It goes to a delivery service picked for that order. Standard carries no refill; Premium goes first to services with a refill window and applies that window when the service that filled the order has one. Country or gender picks with no exact match go to the closest service. Members and reactions are counts: they do not chat, and counts can fall later.

Payment and delivery

Orders are paid in full at checkout. Account lines are shown on the order page and emailed once payment is confirmed; growth orders are placed after confirmation.

Permitted use

• Discord's terms do not allow accounts to be sold or transferred, and Discord can ask any account to verify again or close it.
• You will not use what you buy for spam, raids, self-bots, bulk server joins, harassment or anything unlawful.
• Growth orders are for servers you run or are allowed to manage.
• Following Discord's terms and Community Guidelines is your responsibility.

Liability

On any order, the most we owe is a replacement or a refund as the Refund Policy describes, and never exceeds what you paid for that order.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top marks the version that applies.
