Privacy Notice

BuyDiscord records only what it needs to take an order, deliver it and handle a claim. Everything is listed below.

What you tell us

The email address on each order, the invite link or message link you paste for a growth order, and whatever you write in a ticket. We never need the login of your own Discord account and never ask for its password, token or codes.

What an order creates

The listing or service, the quantity, the amount paid, the delivered lines (email, password, mailbox password, token, 2FA key, backup codes), the delivery service a growth order went to, and the payment provider's confirmation. Full card or wallet details never reach us.

What a visit leaves behind

Server logs of the IP address, browser and time of each request. They keep the site running and help us spot abuse.

How it is used

To deliver orders, place growth orders, answer tickets, replace accounts under warranty, block payment fraud, and keep the records tax law asks for.

Who else sees it

The payment processor, the hosting company, the email service, and for growth orders the delivery service, which receives the link and the quantity only. No data is sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies

Cookies here keep you signed in, hold your cart and protect checkout. None are used for advertising or tracking across sites.

How long, and your choices

Delivered lines are kept while a claim on the order is still possible; order and payment records as long as the law requires; logs briefly. To see, correct or erase your data, write to support@buydiscord.net from the email you ordered with, or use the Contact page.
